These guys have been fantastic with my technical needs at my boutique law firm. Most of the work can be done remotely, and they are extremely responsive when problems arise. I don't have to wait long for it to be fixed. I've used others in the past where you might have to wait 24 or 48 hours to get something fixed, which is unacceptable when you rely upon your computers, like most of us do, to do your job. Horrible experience with this agency. They wasted thousands of dollars on keywords not related to my business, failed to deliver accurate monthly reports, and my website had better SEO results before they started. I was on page 1 for my most important keyword, and am now on page 3 in a six month period. My account was passed on to 3 or 4 separate reps due to employee turnover and I was constantly reeducating people about my company and goals. My business was better off with Reach Local! Thankfully I only signed a 6 month contract, I don't know if my business could have survived an entire year of Advantix induced set backs.
