We’ve been working with Mobilunity since 2018 and have had an exceptional experience. We hired three frontend developers — Dmitriy, Serhii, and Marharyta — and they’ve been with us ever since. They’re among the best frontend engineers we've worked with: highly skilled in JavaScript, React, and CSS, extremely hardworking, detail-oriented, and always eager to learn.Even during very challenging times in Ukraine, they remained 100% reliable, committed, and always available. Not once have we faced delays or communication issues — a true testament to their professionalism. The support from the broader Mobilunity team has also been outstanding. Their local setup makes remote collaboration smooth, and they’ve gone above and beyond to ensure our team has everything they need to succeed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-tier remote talent and a reliable development partner!

Good location, there are active recreation areas and the main thing is that the work is not in an open space

I’ve been working with Techno Tackle as a publishing consultant for their upcoming books, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. There are so many things Techno Tackle does brilliantly, truly 11 out of 10. Their communication is clear and thoughtful, tasks are completed efficiently, and working with them feels genuinely freeing. Ideas and suggestions are not just heard but deeply respected and appreciated. There is complete freedom in the way work is handled. There is no micromanagement. Responsibility is clearly defined and trusted. This clarity in communication and ownership makes the entire process simple, smooth, and stress free. One thing that stands out strongly is professionalism. Payments are always on time, often even before the deadline. That level of integrity builds immense trust and confidence.I have also had conversations with a few team members, and hearing about the company culture feels almost unreal. The happiness, contentment, and work life balance they experience are rare and inspiring. It truly feels like an out of the world experience to hear how aligned and fulfilled people feel working at Techno Tackle.I am genuinely excited to be part of this book journey as a publishing consultant, and much of what I am experiencing traces back to the foundation built by Bala Vishnu. He has been a phenomenal founder and the driving force behind this culture, clarity, and excellence.I am deeply grateful for this opportunity. More power to Bala. He is setting a powerful example, and I am certain he will inspire many entrepreneurs in the years to come.

Techno Tackle has been impressive with how quickly they respond and share the right profiles for any requirement. Their team is equally strong on the delivery side, very professional and dependable in building software solutions.
