This company is not at all transparent in their operations. There isn't a phone number published on their website, and none of their employees have a phone number in their signature. As a customer, it constantly leaves me in a state of stress because they only operate by email and take ages to reply. They have very high turnover, they apparently do not treat their employees well, and the management of our project is not at all what was promised.

Briebug is a software vendor of ours and I have been working directly with one of their front end angular devs for years now. Despite being a contractor, he is absolutely one of the team in how seemless he integrates with everybody else and it is a true testament to how Briebug develops and supports their employees. On top of that, Briebug admin staff is so easy to work with and always enjoy chatting with Jesse and Harry about details of the contract or anything else.
