Caplan Artificial introduced artificial intelligence into our medical practice. We are a company that manufactures and distributes medical equipment throughout the Balkans, and we had a 30-year archive of data (digitized only 5–6 years ago) through which we could not efficiently search and access all the information. The guys installed an internal LLM and connected it to our systems, which drastically reduced the time to information. Their team was very professional and friendly.

I was there at Perceptive Analytics for a while. During that time I had the opportunity to work with the CEO very closely. The man built the company from ground up all by himself. He once taught me some grammar in english, that's how much interest he took in me while I worked there. I happened to work with some of the most smartest and talented people from amazing institutions there. My advice if someone wants to work there is to be super smart or super hardworking.... The tasks I attended to were not limited to a specific domain but that only helped in increasing the potential of the job and though challenging, the role was equally rewarding for me.The work atmosphere is very good and the hours are very flexible.All the policies of the company are explained to the employees well in advance so as to avoid any confusion.The only problem that I've come across is that at times, you may have to work a little extra during peak season: like working for a while over the weekend or staying back for a while after working hours. On such occasions, work-life balance would take a hit. Work from home policy helps in these cases, though.I would definitely recommend working at Perceptive Analytics.

Never in my life have I ever worked ANYWHERE where I was treated like an adult, with respect and dignity, taken seriously for my experience, my efforts, my input, my thoughts and opinions, my suggestions, and my own health and personal life. Once COVID hit, I struggled hard with mental health and being able to keep up with my work, and I fell behind for a long while. But they were more than patient with me and understanding, and offered ways of helping me to not only succeed, but to all around just feel better and mentally be okay.The day the CEO wanted to speak to ME about MY thoughts or suggestions, I felt on top of the world. I felt so seen, heard, listened to, acknowledged, appreciated, RESPECTED. CEO's or higher ups in general are notorious for not taking their lower level employees all too seriously, or remembering they are even human beings at all, and I am more than familiar with this, but Zillion is absolutely nothing like that. Not even once in my time with them.Eventually my mental health and working remotely were not going hand in hand, and I was unable to continue with the company as I was falling behind trying to handle my own crazy life. I only say all this now, a year later after leaving Zillion, because I am sitting at my desk right now at my current place of employment, thinking about how insignificant I feel here, how demeaning my job feels, and how I can't even afford more than rent and food for just one person, and all I can think about is how good I had it with Zillion. I had everything I needed to have the perfect life I always wanted, and it was because of Zillion Technologies. I will never forget this titan of a company who saw me as a human being, and treated me as such.
