DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY to this Australian Web Designers!! They will not provide you any help and service if something goes wrong with your website. Multiple times my website is not live and I can’t access my business emails. My website are not fix for more than 6 months and they avoid my messages and calls. So many excuses from them and they just don’t want to take responsibility for their own mistakes. None of their Invoices have ABN and when I demand their ABN they make another excuse. They will keep taking your money and scamming you. I am now taking a legal action against them to VCAT.

I looked into different solutions for Analytics & dashboards for our organization to help senior leadership make informed decisions based on dispersed data we harness in various systems. It was the best decision I made. Daryl Yanga was assigned to work with us on this project. Daryl & my team had several meetings with the key stakeholders to understand requirements for this project and narrowed down the key KPIs for the 2 dashboards. Having technical expertise inhouse, my team designed the data model and back-end data structure, while working very closely with Daryl on key deliverables. Using Agile practices & keeping the stakeholders involved at every major milestone, the dashboards were delivered on time and within budget. Also, as per agreement knowledge transfer was done to my technical team to help us support ongoing development & maintenance. Although continuing development and maintenance is done inhouse, we still have an ongoing relationship with Whitecap to work on any future projects and/or for any assistance required. I would highly recommend Whitecap!
