We had an amazing experience working with Jerry especially on such short notice. We didn’t know if we wanted to have videography until about 1-2 weeks before the wedding. My combustion engineering business is very technical and we needed a video about a breakthrough new product we were marketing to Utility Power plants worldwide. Andy Linda took the time to thoroughly understand the principles that made the product work and therefore he was able to creatively contribute to presenting our subject with the very limited footage and photographs we had available. We contracted with Inovit because of the quality shown on several of their website videos. They assured us that they could replicate that level of quality for us. After several months of revisions, we realized they just didn't have the ability to make it happen. We ended up doing their job because they refused to listen, producing videos that didn't come close to being accurate or professional. After months of trying to get a video that we liked, we gave up and lost our $3K deposit.

Book. This. Team. Now. This was my first experience hiring a production team to shoot video, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice. They are pros. Neil, Gary, and Sabine made my day of shooting fun, interesting, exciting, and efficient. The results are fantastic. Neil went above and beyond in the editing process not only creating a beautiful shot, but also thinking of tags and features to enhance the viewing experience and promote the content. He gave me countless tips on how to use the videos we created on all my social media platforms. He didn't just shoot and cut...he delivered, for sure! Sabine helped me edit my copy prior to the shoot and then on the day of she gave me pivotal feedback that took my content to the next level. She got a "performance" out of me and quite honestly guided me to be way more playful than I would have been without her. She has a talent for drawing someone out. Neil and Gary set up all the shots, worked on my set design with Sabine, and just generally made the work fun. Especially Gary. He was a good sport with my attempts to bring lightness and fun to the set. I realize now I wasn't checking each shot to see how it looked, or asking to do things a certain way. I could totally let go and trust this team to guide me. How refreshing! With zero experience in front of a camera, reading a teleprompter, or being on a set I was nervous. But all of that evaporated with this team's guidance. I had a blast. I'm a small business owner and the videos this team created brought my profile online to a whole new level. Hire this team now.

Films by Farallon was excellent to work with from start to finish.Their communication was clear and timely throughout the pre-production process, and they executed exactly to spec on shoot day. We filmed a one-person, direct-to-camera interview on a chroma blue screen, with both boom and lav audio, and they also captured a variety of beautiful b-roll shots around the office.Everything was delivered as unedited 4K ProRes 422HQ footage, perfectly organized and ready for post. They were flexible and collaborative in thinking through solutions for large file delivery and made the process easy on our end.The team was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Jim from Blue Ocean Productions recently helped my church with livestream issues that we've been having over the past year. The problem involved the video lagging significantly behind the audio with the lag getting progressively worse throughout the duration of the stream. Jim was brought in to diagnose the issue, and after sending him some information about our set-up, computer specs, etc., he was able to spend a couple of hours with me and another church elder testing various settings in the streaming software, OBS, as well as other settings for the computer, mixer and wireless microphone.Ultimately, we determined that we'll need a more powerful PC, but Jim was able to help us adjust certain settings so that we can have a stable video stream with synced audio. The ultimate test will be this Sunday when we stream our church service for 60+ minutes, but we're optimistic that the help Jim provided will lead to success. Jim was knowledgeable, kind and patient throughout this process, and I would recommend his company to anyone looking for some tech support.
