As a photographer they hired for a remote project, I would like to applaud their communication via Zoom, phone calls and text, which made it feel like we were working side by side. Exceptional Team.This is our experience with Black Ops Agency, hopefully to those reading this will help and finding the right AV team for you.I recommend Black Ops Agency.Background: hosting an in-person austin event requiring microphones, speakers, and full recording with 4 angles.From the beginning of contact to the conclusion of the event, Wesley & Ramin were incredible. Their energy and attitude were attentive, patient, and intelligent.One of the most important parts I observed was the communication being CLEAR, and FAST.They were adjustable on everything, and affordable.*-------------------Additional details from our experience:Pros:-We did 1 full event with Black Ops, which included multiple services, however, definitely not all of them. That said - From this experience with them, I & the rest of our team observed no issues from Ramin or Wesley. I have no requests or feedback for them has they have dialed their business in for the services we needed. If anything, I received great feedback to optimize my part.-Highly adjustable-Great Communication-Clear and specific-Clean and professional, not to "Casual" nor stilted, preggish, or overly formal. Just good people who get it done!Cons:Only Con which is more of a reminder to all those looking for this service would be: Their energy type (attitude-personalities-etc) may not resonate with everyone. Book. This. Team. Now. This was my first experience hiring a production team to shoot video, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice. They are pros. Neil, Gary, and Sabine made my day of shooting fun, interesting, exciting, and efficient. The results are fantastic. Neil went above and beyond in the editing process not only creating a beautiful shot, but also thinking of tags and features to enhance the viewing experience and promote the content. He gave me countless tips on how to use the videos we created on all my social media platforms. He didn't just shoot and cut...he delivered, for sure! Sabine helped me edit my copy prior to the shoot and then on the day of she gave me pivotal feedback that took my content to the next level. She got a "performance" out of me and quite honestly guided me to be way more playful than I would have been without her. She has a talent for drawing someone out. Neil and Gary set up all the shots, worked on my set design with Sabine, and just generally made the work fun. Especially Gary. He was a good sport with my attempts to bring lightness and fun to the set. I realize now I wasn't checking each shot to see how it looked, or asking to do things a certain way. I could totally let go and trust this team to guide me. How refreshing! With zero experience in front of a camera, reading a teleprompter, or being on a set I was nervous. But all of that evaporated with this team's guidance. I had a blast. I'm a small business owner and the videos this team created brought my profile online to a whole new level. Hire this team now.
