I had coordinated with Brandi on getting a new logo made for multiple avenues I wanted to pursue and she was able to help me design a logo/brand that I'm totally in love with. From the very beginning and all the way to the end, she was always able to deliver, provide feedback and execute stunning design options that were all so good. She was also able to take my logo/branding goals of being versatile and transforming those ideas into concepts that spoke volume.Though making a decision on just one design out of a couple was hard in the end, I eventually went with one that had the best look and feel that represented what my brand needed to be. I would highly recommend id8 for any graphic design work as they are awesome at creating designs that have a deeper philosophical meaning that will make anyone appreciate the reasonings behind what they create.

The entire team at Dragonfly was wonderful to work with. In my experience running a small business, it has been very difficult to find organizations that I would truly consider "partners." They always say they want to be a "partner" with my company, but very rarely do they actually treat us like they mean it. Dragonfly has been wonderful to work with. They have been extremely responsive any time we have had an issue, including lots of after-hours problem solving when it was warranted. Their website states "We take the time to understand your business, and think of ourselves as an extension of your team," and I can attest that is absolutely true. Our arts organization interviewed three firms and Studio 22 came out on top because their aesthetic merged that of a high-tech organization and one of an arts organization. They delivered on time and the CEO was attentive and always available either in person or remotely. When we did meet in person, they were very easy to deal with. Came across Tribu on YouTube and was really excited to reach out so much so that I immediately went to their website to submit my contact information. Unfortunately when I was contacted back the next day, I was very put off by I believe his name was Mark. I greeted him with enthusiasm and compliments about their marketing and in return I expected genuine questions on what I was needing. The one and only question that resonates from the phone call was his one question was "how do you make your money?" I'm not sure how this was relevant as I explained I needed assistance with branding a project not funding it. It's been a few weeks now and no follow up, I'm just extremely disappointed in my experience.Update: I've since been contacted by Owner who expressed genuine concern with my experience. Pending a meeting to determine if services align with each others business goals. Looking forward to seeing if Tribu is the advertising agency for my small philanthropic business.2nd Update: Never heard back from anyone.

My Institute created a collection of 16 short videos as part of a parent education project. I was initially reluctant to hire a "small town" production company with prices far more reasonable than the big city bids we received. But my expectations were exceeded in every way. Purei was so professional all across the board: production, editing, directing the actors--in every way they were superb (and I'm a very tough customer to please LOL). We were working during the constraints of the pandemic and they moved things forward beautifully and sensitively. I am a tenured professor of ceramics at the University of North Florida. A while back, Frank from Mighty Fine Production Company, assisted me in shooting a documentary in China based on a grant to document one of the last few artists who fires a dragon kiln. Images of the production can be seen in the accompanying photos. This artist used a hand-building technique that is becoming a lost art form. We had to do a lot of planning because China was difficult to navigate, and we had more video equipment than we could carry. Frank made the production process easy from beginning to end. He taught me how to be his second camera guy for which he programmed all the settings for the two-camera interview. It was an excellent experience, and everything turned out perfectly.
