This company is a huge SCAM. You can tell because all the reviews are 5 years old. We hired them for a branding exercise for the tune of $200k in 2019. Their deliverables were amateur (if they even produced them). As if a marketing intern spent an afternoon on it. They were horrendously late. Eventually we had enough. We asked for a refund and they refused. We have been in a protracted legal battle with them ever since. If you want good work, go elsewhere. If you want a responsible marketing agency go elsewhere. It will cost you $$$. We’re starting a campaign in boulder to ensure nobody gets ripped off from them again. This has gone on long enough human. Pay us or we will make sure everyone in Boulder knows you’re a SCAM.

I reached out to a few video/production companies for an urgent project - Aaron / Zip in Media were the first to respond and were very engaged from the beginning. Went into the store to ask general questions about pricing, what they do, how they work, etc. Girls at the front did not know how to answer the most basic questions about their company and just told me to go to the website...they didn't even have the common sense to pull up the website and show me what they do...I could not get the most basic answers for the most basic questions I had for them. If an advertising company has awful customer service from the get go...just WOW. Horrible experience. PS. "award winning advertising agency" with a 3.4 rating on google...fantastic. Also reading the other reviews, this is a common theme. The girls at the front desk are ABSOLUTLY THE WORST. Very RUDE.
