After receiving their full money, they refused to fix the problems in the program. They asked for an additional amount to modify some aspects of the program, and we paid more than half the amount, and they didn't complete the agreed-upon work. The deadline was set for delivery within a week. I've been working for eight months now, and the changes haven't been implemented. I hope anyone considering working with them reads this note first.
