Jeremy is an incredibly knowledgeable web developer. With his help, my website was faster, improved organic search engine optimization, and increased the amount of contact forms that were getting filled out that went to contract. Without the middleman experience, I was able to get what I needed without long wait times or uncertainty. I work for a small firm and was assigned to manage the backend of our website. Jeremy taught me how to use Elementor. We contracted him to provide 1:1 coaching. He walked me through, step by step, how to rebuild the site using best practices for speed and organic SEO. Through this process, I learned how to use Elementor and troubleshoot my issues on my own. Came across Tribu on YouTube and was really excited to reach out so much so that I immediately went to their website to submit my contact information. Unfortunately when I was contacted back the next day, I was very put off by I believe his name was Mark. I greeted him with enthusiasm and compliments about their marketing and in return I expected genuine questions on what I was needing. The one and only question that resonates from the phone call was his one question was "how do you make your money?" I'm not sure how this was relevant as I explained I needed assistance with branding a project not funding it. It's been a few weeks now and no follow up, I'm just extremely disappointed in my experience. Update: I've since been contacted by Owner who expressed genuine concern with my experience. Pending a meeting to determine if services align with each others business goals. Looking forward to seeing if Tribu is the advertising agency for my small philanthropic business. 2nd Update: Never heard back from anyone.
