Fantastically positive and driven team who on every interaction you just know care deeply about a) what they do b) what they deliver and c) ultimately the experience the end user will have.Hugely impressed with their personal, creative and energy driven approach at the pitch stage, I commissioned 3SC to help us better scope an app. Their task was to take an in-house developed app prototype, and turn it into a fully fledged technical specification with user stories, MoSCoW prioritisation, costs, and an updated look and feel; all done with audience need at the heart.Myself and the wider team have nothing but very good things to say about 3SC. When reflecting on an agency to work with, loads say they can do it, some can actually do what they say they can do, even less do it in the spirit of real partnership and mutually respect/drive. 3SC do all of these excellently. I highly recommend them.

Unprofessional treatment from the sales team. My experience with the contact at Vaimo sales team is a horror example of when the sales manager has stopped caring and should look for a new job. Was spammed with emails and calls from Vaimo's salespeople, one salesperson didn't know what the other was doing, which led to 3 of us being emailed, after several emails we asked them to remove us from their lists we are tired of being spammed by salespeople. No response to the emails, they continue to email us, we are talking about several emails a week (no sense of boundaries), when we point out this violates GDPR, we have asked them to stop emailing us with emails that are clearly not tailored to us (they haven't even checked out our company properly). Now they are starting to call us instead, when we have kindly explained we are happy with our current situation and not interested, the salesperson insults our company. Left a very bad taste, unfortunately this is not a one-time incident when my colleague was spammed by another seller (what if they don't let sellers have multiple names?) similar incident, for the colleague she received unpleasant comments on her face what kind of style is this? You are the ones who spammed us we have never had contact with you! Where is the sales manager? What does he do if this is how the staff is allowed to harass people who never asked for your contact.

My company had a pretty horrible experience with this company! They overpromised and underdelivered, the project management experience was clunky, confusing and repetitive, there was a lot of work on the part of the client to complete (when you're paying $25K you'd expect it to be seamless). Topics during conversations were forgotten, instructions had to be repeated multiple times. Upon completion, we allowed one of our freelancers access to the coding and she deemed it "lazy coding." The whole experience was very unfortunate!

This is not standard interview practice; a reasonable hiring conversation touches on career transitions briefly, not as a repeated line of questioning across every job change.More concerning: at one point, the conversation moved into asking about my personal political views. This has no place in a professional interview and is not a lawful or standard hiring practice anywhere I'm aware of.Having already cleared the technical bar, I expected the final round to assess culture fit and professional judgment — not to feel like being put on trial for my career choices and personal beliefs. If you're an experienced candidate with a varied career background, go in aware that this may be the kind of scrutiny you face here, and consider whether that aligns with how you want to be evaluated.
