Oversight of our databases have always been a challenge. Finding the skillset to properly administer the systems is both difficult to find and high priced for a mid-sized organization. We reached out to Emergent to find out more about their virtual dba services. Their services sounded to be exactly what we needed. That was over 4 years ago. Since then we found Emergent to be a key partner in helping us in administration of our databases. Our systems are highly efficient, highly available and we feel secure knowing they are under the oversight of some amazingly skilled engineers.

Working With IdioSys was easy, the quick response was effective and the updates on the metrics from google on leads was very helpful, the team was great to work with and helped a lot translate what the reports meant. After one and half months we were able to get leads from the site that would be customers. I wrote the first website for our cabinet manufacturing company. It did well for several years, when it became obvious that we needed to update it to be more responsive to customers. I was referred to Scott Solberg of HyperX Design by one of my staff, and boy, I'm really glad I was! He took my original content, told us what else he needed, and developed -- I kid you not -- the single best website in our industry. Where we hoped people would see our old one and eventually call, our new site has generated a steady stream of quality leads and increased our sales significantly. The very first full year this new website has been up has been our very best year since we started over 14 years ago! In addition, Scott has performed any needed maintenance, usually within minutes. The professionalism, comprehensiveness, attention-to-detail, and ease of use of our site has left our prospective customers with a highly favorable impression of our company, which carries over once we meet them and turns into sales, and even repeat sales and referrals. My confidence level in HyperX Design is currently such that I am shifting more and more of the management of our online presence to them. Oh, did I mention that we have found the cost of these services to be quite reasonable, especially in light of all the new business it has brought it. I should have done this years earlier.

The training was very good. The instructor did an excellent job of reiterating talking points with real life experiences and stories from the IT industry. I enjoyed the activities with the table groups and the hands on learning technique. Intertech did an excellent job with the Scrum Master Certification Course. The course/training itself was very good and informative. Very interactive and the instructor, Lonnie, was amazing. She had so many real life experiences to share as related to scrum. The Intertech facility and the staff were wonderful. The people who worked there were helpful and friendly and the facility worked well to hold the training. It was a great experience and I would recommend Intertech for training and certification courses.

Excellent interaction from the Intertech staff from initial arrival and throughout the classroom sessions. I found the instructor to be knowledgeable on the course material for Java 8. He kept the class at a reasonable pace based on the various skill levels and background of the attendees. The coursework included well prepared materials, discussion, and awareness of the goals of attendees. For example, the instructor highlighted pertinent areas of the material knowing several attendees were candidates for taking a certification test. Additionally there was an option available to attend this class remotely via Webex. While I opted for classroom attendance it's great to know this capability exists for future reference. This was, for me, an exceptional training experience. I highly recommend including Intertech as a option for training needs.

Worse business model ever. Horrible reviews from customers and clients. They hired me to work there and then 2 weeks later said they couldn’t afford me. I’ve experienced the exact same thing as the awful reviews below. No structure to the business, fake spam emails internally, lack of communication etc. Horrible culture. The second day I was sent to a conference, no background of a plan, but basically show up. I did not fill out any paperwork on my first day for any of my benefits which was VERY sketchy and every time I asked, the CEO would change the subject and would never answer my question. At one point, I knew it was a scam when the employee I was working with said, “you aren’t even in the system or on the benefits yet!!!!” Red flags- They put me on payroll AFTER they let me go…. Highly DO NOT recommend. They finally actually paid me 2 weeks later for my expenses, pay, and travel. I still have not received information from the company and have reached out to their team for weeks…..

I've had a multi-year contractor on my team hired through Virtelligence and it has been a horrible experience, for the employee and for us. They never answer the phone or return emails, even from their employee, and now we are trying to get him compensated for some Covid sick time, but they still refuse to communicate.
