Agency Partner built us a pretty website... but it was slow and not technically optimized for SEO. The backend was very buggy, with many "useless" sections in the WordPress dashboard. I am a WordPress developer, but I am also the company's marketing director so we chose to have the site developed by an outside company. I spent approximately 20 hours working on the backend removing useless "features" and optimizing the site to pass the Core Web Vitals. It should've been a huge red flag when the company wouldn't show us the backend before launch. Additionally, when they launched the site they "no-indexed" the entire website! Recently, I sent a ticket to support to fix 404 pages. After getting no response for several days, I went into the site and fixed the error myself. They had the audacity to send me a "we fixed the error" email 24 hours after we fixed the issues ourselves! If you are looking for a well-built site, look elsewhere. This company is only good for pretty site that loads slow and is bogged down with junk. The company reached out and heard my complaints. There's not a lot they can do to make this right (since most of the work they left undone was finished by me), but at least they listened. They extended our site warranty to help fix any outstanding issues. I'm adjusting my rating to three-stars.

Mindrops built the apps for iPhone and Android so the whole thing now sits in one place: brand list, condition questions, price screen, ID upload, pickup booking and payment. Both apps were made together. There was a call every week, so nobody had to keep asking where things stood. Work finished on time. What stayed with us is how much attention went into the price screen. That one screen decides whether a seller trusts us or walks away, and they treated it that way. They also told us our condition questions were too long and asked to cut them down, which helped a lot. Not everything was smooth. The Android app fell behind for a while and a few screens had to be redone, and our own testing caught it before theirs did. Still, both apps run well and the job was done properly.

Weekend support is slow though. One fix stayed pending till Monday because of that. Still, for a mining business, having a clear record of every truck is a big help.

Cant find any areas for improvement , they have been fantastic throughout our journey.

We partnered with LYQX to design and build the mobile experience for our e-commerce marketplace. We needed a team that could cover the full cycle UX research, UI design, Flutter development for iOS and Android, and backend integration without us having to coordinate several separate vendors. LYQX started by mapping the key marketplace flows for both buyers and sellers: onboarding, product discovery and search, listings, cart and checkout, order tracking, and seller management. They turned this into a clear design system and clickable prototypes, which made it easy for our stakeholders to give feedback before development began. The Flutter build then followed the approved designs closely, and the team integrated payments, notifications, and our existing backend APIs. What we valued most was their product thinking. LYQX did not simply execute tickets they questioned assumptions, suggested simpler flows where our requirements were overcomplicated, and flagged risks early. Communication was consistent, with regular demos and quick responses when priorities shifted. A few integration points took extra iterations because our own API documentation was incomplete, but the team handled it proactively and kept us informed.
