In a year with only 20 hours of effort a month we went from getting an average position of 45 with 1,500 impressions and 8 clicks a day; to an average position of 30 with 10,000 impressions and 18 clicks a day. The implementation of a theme was previously botched by another company and Smile Media was able to come in and work on fixing those issues while still focusing on SEO boosting. Their technical skills are extremely good and they are transparent about their billing with hourly breakdowns. Definitely a good SEO company.

EZ Rankings is extremely disappointing.The services did not deliver the quality that was promised. The company charges premium prices for services such as website design, SEO, and SMO, but the results fell far short of expectations. Despite significant investment, I did not see the level of progress, performance, or return that was discussed during the sales process.Communication was another major issue. It often felt difficult to get clear answers, timely updates, or meaningful support when concerns were raised. The team did not appear well-coordinated, and resolving issues took much longer than expected.I also felt that expectations were set very aggressively during the sales stage, but the actual delivery did not match those expectations. Promises regarding growth, rankings, and overall project outcomes seemed much stronger than what was ultimately achieved.For businesses considering SEO, SMO, or web development services, I would recommend asking detailed questions about deliverables, timelines, and measurable results before signing a contract. Based on my experience, I would not choose to work with this company again.

I had a very disappointing experience with their walk-in interview process. They posted about a walk-in drive along with a Google Form for registration. Nowhere in their LinkedIn post did they mention that candidates would require a personal invite to attend.I filled out the form and traveled over an hour in 40-degree heat while fasting, only to be told that I hadn’t received an invite and couldn’t interview. If a personal invite was mandatory, this should have been clearly communicated in the post. Additionally, if they were selecting candidates, they should have at least sent a rejection email so people wouldn’t waste their time traveling.This kind of poor organization and lack of communication is highly unprofessional. It reflects badly on the company and makes candidates feel like their time and effort are not valued. I hope they improve their process in the future to avoid misleading applicants.

My interview experience very worst with this company. I faced the same what reviewer post in their previous reviews. HR round is good. She is very humble and very good. But technical round taken by interviewer, I am not sure he really has technical knowledge or not. Though I given all the correct answers he rejected me without giving any genuine reason for rejection. He asked many basic questions of course on my 9 years of experience I know the answers but at last he asked my Expected CTC which is not generally asked in technical round.As per my knowledge they don't have budget or they already decided to not to select because in interview round asked hardly asked 5-6 questions and based on that given their judgment though given answers correct.

This company is not good. They called me for an interview and then sent me back home, saying they would take the interview on Google Meet instead. After the interview, they told me that I was not selected. When I asked for the reason, they said they couldn’t give feedback because multiple interviews were conducted.
