Certifications like ISO, NSF, WQA are shown clearly too, which matters a lot when a municipal client is deciding whether to trust a vendor or not. Project is still ongoing honestly, we keep adding case studies and new product entries as things come up. Somewhere in the middle, content approvals got a bit messy since our team kept revising specs, cost us close to two extra weeks on a few product pages, mostly our own doing though. Once we settled into a proper rhythm, things moved fine after that. Would tell other manufacturing companies to go with Mindrops if they have a big, complicated catalogue that needs proper structuring online.

Orders come straight through the site now instead of through chat, which changed how our days run. The launch happened on the exact date given at the start. Not everything was smooth though, the product page had to be built again after it ran slow on mid range phones and that fix took longer than promised. For a small jewellery brand going online properly for the first time, it was worth the money.

My company worked with them on a development project, investing close to $40K, only to have them hold our code hostage and demand more money before releasing it.We entered into the project with clear expectations and milestones, but as we progressed, Apptunix consistently delayed, under-delivered, and eventually refused to hand over the work we had already paid for unless we agreed to pay more. This kind of behavior is nothing short of extortion. It seems like their CEO and leadership are more interested in squeezing money out of clients than delivering quality work.Beyond the financial frustration, the skill level and talent from this team were not up to par. The development work was substandard, full of bugs, and lacked the quality we expected for the investment we made. We recently commissioned LinkDigital to renew our website and we honestly could not be happier with the end result! In this day and age, lots of marketing and website development companies look the same, and are full of promises so it always feels like a bit of a gamble when you go into contract with one of them, but from the get go we knew from the amount of time and effort the team put into our enquiry that this was a very professional and hard working team. Jack initially handled our enquiry, asked lots of questions of what we wanted and seemed genuinely interested in our business and goals, and he even applied a promotional discount to our website price (which he allowed us to finance over 3 separate payments) before handing us over to the team responsible for building and developing the site, which is where Melissa came in; Melissa was absolutely fantastic and showed the patience of a saint as we added to the site, tweaked things and changed everything from colours right down to text. The site just got better and better as Melissa continued to add various details from photos to links and technical data. We are just absolutely thrilled with the finished article and it is clear to see the amount of time and effort which has went into the site. I would simply finish by saying: if you want a cheap and cheerful website which will be thrown together in a few days, you probably don’t want to use LinkDigital as they take care and time to fully assemble a proper website, which requires input from you the client and lots of information sharing, but once the effort has been put in, you will not be disappointed. Don’t have any doubts, if you employ the services of LinkDigital, you will get a quality product if you decide to go with them, they really care about the quality of what they build as it is essentially their advert for what they create, and their prices are fair when you consider the quality of the product. We would give them 6 stars if we could 😊
