Our growing business created a surge in production that our supply chain couldn't handle. To keep up with this growth, we needed to improve our supply chain management with better web and mobile apps. We looked at different app development companies and talked to them about our needs. We ended up choosing Indi IT Solutions because of their experience and because they understood our challenges right away during our first meeting.
The project took 5-7 months to complete and included features that made our supply chain management much better. The Indi IT Solutions team upgraded our infrastructure by moving it to the cloud and balancing the load on our servers. They also improved our databases and code, added new features, built strong APIs, and made sure everything was secure.
Since launching the new apps, our supply chain management has become much more efficient, and it's now easier to oversee all of our manufacturing units. We're now working on adding even more features to the system to make our operations even better.
