OptFirst just launched our New Website and we are soooo happy. They have issues with their website when it comes to allowing your customers to select shipping options. It intermittently disappears and in order to fix it, you have to reset some stuff on the website, but often when you do that it won’t reset, this means you cannot sell anything on the website. You cannot call tech-support and if you send a work ticket, it takes one to two days for them to get back in touch with you. I would definitely shop elsewhere and let this company finish going bankrupt.
