I am the business manager for a medical practice in Newburgh, IN. I have been a manger for over 30 yrs. Kemper is the best that I have dealt with by far. Their customer service and knowledge out weighs any I have ever experienced. Nathaniel our IT go to guy, is awesome. He always answers his calls no matter what time of day or night and is always on it. He attends to all of our needs from small to huge, he is an all around great guy. John our CPA is just as awesome. Always friendly, very helpfu when you are stressed out, very knowledgable and doesn't make you feel inapt. Don't go here if your time is really value to you, because if any girl is waiting in reception for interview then don’t even think to attend interview because they will not hire you they will hire only that girl. managers will also come out of theirs cabin and chit chat with girls but no one will ask about you... company infrastructure is also not good.

We built a new start up dental office which is doing excellent. I was very nervous about taxes and bookkeeping as this is our first business. Working with the team at Virjee has been great. They are quick to respond, take the time to answer/explain questions and guide you through the craziness of taxes. I've been working primarily with Joe, Brooke and Vy. All of them are super nice and friendly. I interviewed 4 or 5 firms before signing up with Virjee and I definitely feel like I made the right choice. Highly recommend!

Virjee consulting did an amazing job on my taxes! This was my first year working with them and their process was smooth, organized, and quick, compared to my old CPA. The reason we chose them is because I sell real estate and my husband is a doctor, which are both industries that they were very knowledgeable in! Just had the MOST unfriendly and rude call back from Norman Blatner. I called this office earlier today explaining that I was looking to hire a CPA to help me with NYS tax questions.I received a call back from Norman Blatner well after 5pm. He seemed to have misunderstood what exactly I needed help with and very rudely told me that he would not be able to help me and he was "just calling as a courtesy to let me know to remove his contact info from my list of people who could help me". When I tried to explain what it was that I actually needed he kept cutting me off and re-stating that he was just calling to tell me that he couldn't help me. He spoke very fast and wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. His tone was rude and dismissive. He definitely is not anyone I would want to do business with. I don't know if he treats everyone like trash or if I was just the unfortunate victim of him today. I do not recommend anyone reach out to this guy for your CPA needs. Do better Blatner & Mineo CPA PC!!!!!

Not bad for taxes. Communication is horrid and nobody knows what’s going on. They act like they do, but they don’t. They prioritize “keeping clients” over quality and trust. Not for nothing but there always seems to be some kind of excuse for why they can’t help me. They should hire more staff instead of putting me down. It causes me more stress. Not good for business solutions if you’re looking for clarity. They could do a lot better if they were more “real” with clients.
