Blatner & Mineo CPA PC

Just had the MOST unfriendly and rude call back from Norman Blatner. I called this office earlier today explaining that I was looking to hire a CPA to help me with NYS tax questions.I received a call back from Norman Blatner well after 5pm. He seemed to have misunderstood what exactly I needed help with and very rudely told me that he would not be able to help me and he was "just calling as a courtesy to let me know to remove his contact info from my list of people who could help me". When I tried to explain what it was that I actually needed he kept cutting me off and re-stating that he was just calling to tell me that he couldn't help me. He spoke very fast and wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. His tone was rude and dismissive. He definitely is not anyone I would want to do business with. I don't know if he treats everyone like trash or if I was just the unfortunate victim of him today. I do not recommend anyone reach out to this guy for your CPA needs. Do better Blatner & Mineo CPA PC!!!!! "

I used them for a couple years up until this year and I will never be going back. I believe that you should always lead with kindness and respect and the way I was spoken to was incredibly rude and uncalled for asking a simple question. How you speak to people matters. I do not recommend going to Norman. "

Norm Blatner and staff are awesome ! They have been preparing both personal and business taxes for years , handling all aspects of bookkeeping and tax preparation. Always prompt and professional. Always available when you need them . "
