Capactix Business Solution explained their services and how they support small businesses. I had an onboarding call with one of their accountants, who helped me set up our financial documents and reports. They send me monthly financial reports and complete other projects as requested. They have given me access to an online accounting portal where I can view all our financial statements. They also prepare and submit our taxes and manage our payroll. Their service package also includes the preparation of my personal taxes. They have begun implementing electronic signatures on documents.Capactix Business Solutions has given me free bits of business advice, and were planning to hire them for consulting services later this year. Initially, I spoke with the owner, who connected me to the main accountant that I now stay in contact with. There is another teammate who reaches out to me with questions on occasion. We are able to make better decisions and be more mindful of our costs using the documents and reports they have set up. This visibility is especially important as the economy is softening. Their tax preparation process is smooth since they track our finances throughout the year. Its helpful to have them onboard; with their services, we dont need to manage an in-house bookkeeper.

Some of the people who work there are racists, ageists and subscribe to cronyism. From Mitch the owner to the workers/assignment managers like Karen and Natalie. They are the worst. They don't care about their employees. They only care about their clients, period. I got injured on one of the jobs that they assigned me and these people suggested that I file for Medicaid and go to the hospital. No help or concern whatsoever. After that, I wasn't given any other assignments. I was told that there were no assignments available even though there were other employees who were getting two to three different assignments at a time - working from home,etc. If you are a minority, don't bother. If you get anything, it will be janitorial, regardless of whether you have a college degree or not. These people are horrible. Don't use them!!!
These people are very corrupt from the CEO on down. They are wage-thieves. They lie to their employees and even, some of their clients. They are very discrimatory and not worth the time of day. If you have registered with this agency and you haven't been called back in about six months, call them to cancel your registration. Get it in writing. They are just horrible.
The people that work at this Staffing Agency are the most useless, prejudice and unprofessional bunch out there. They lie to you to get you to register with them by promising you a lot of jobs and then once you register with them, they tell you nothing is available. I spent 12 months reaching out to them for assignments to no avail. All I got were lies. Obviously, they use your information to get more business, by getting more employers to sign up with them. They only give the good assignments to very few cronies, that’s it. Their minority recruitment is almost nonexistent. They are horrible and prejudiced from the Director(Karen, including her associates Natalie and Cindy) on down. They are a waste of time. Look elsewhere.

That after having to fight for nearly 2 months to even get the correct timecards posted and onboarding paperwork approved. An absolute joke of a company. I started with 1800ACCT 8 months ago and now have paid them $6560.32. I've had 5 bookkeepers in this 8 months. When I schedule appointments no one calls me, I have to put in a ticket to get a call back. Book aren't correct to get my taxes completed. Was told no refund after 30 days, Per Tyler the subscription engagement manager. Best option is to continue to pay and let them figure out how to get books straight. UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS BEHAVIOR. The book keepers don't stay long enough to resolve any issue so I keep starting over and over with not resolution or completion of any task. They don't call to get clarification for what is what they just make assumptions is why my book aren't correct. Therefore without book correct I can't have my taxes prepared or completed, but an accountant/tax preparer is being paid. They refuse to REFUND. BBB Complaint was put int today 5/17/2024. Please see BBB for all their complaints. Stay Away from this company. Even with the tax preparer they wouldn't start until I got on them over and over, and when they did start they stated I needed to put in a request for tax extension, just to find out the book aren't correct. STAY WAY
My initial consult came free with my LegalZoom subscription. The tax specialist who called me earlier today - Rebecca T - was thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. We spent almost an hour together, with only the last few minutes being the sales pitch for ongoing services into their core program which I gladly signed up for considering the value of services promised vs my business and personal tax needs. I’m looking forward to my onboarding calls with my dedicated tax team in the next couple weeks.
Takes absolutely forever. No one to follow up to make sure all members of your “team“ are moving as they should. You can’t just call and get somebody on the phone. You have to schedule a time with them which could sometimes be months only for them to tell you they’re missing paperwork, Or “I’m not sure that’s not my department” or in my case, oh your person is no longer with the company. I have to reassign you to a new person! I had two months of business tax paperwork to combine with my personal tax paperwork and here it is August 2025 and those are still not done!! As a new business owner, I thought I was doing the right thing by hiring a team because I knew I had no business messing around with any numbers, but I have been so stressed out and Creating more work for myself after hiring them, then I would have with any other company. Don’t make the same mistake I did! stay away!

Penny over charged me for my service. I spoke with a lot of my peers and they were absolutely shocked with the price a paid.I have a small solo cleaning business & I caregiver (on the books w/ a company so a W2). She charged me $250 with a “discount”I emailed her a week later bc I needed to add a few checks I found and she said it would be $100 to go back and edit my taxes.This was not fair at all.
I have had my taxes done by Flower City Tax for about 4 or 5 years and I won't go anywhere else! I've worked with John and Penny and both are great. The prices are fair, it's a smooth process that they make quick and simple and I know my taxes were done right. They take the time to explain anything I have questions about. This was my first experience having my taxes done with a tax preparation/accounting firm. Prior to this I always did my taxes on TurboTax. Moving here was the best decision I could have ever made. Since coming here, I have been receiving a high maximum refund which is great!!!!! I am never going back to Turbo Tax. Nazaire & Co. is my go to place. I even moved my mother and brother over and they have been happier with their tax returns ever since. Excited for the upcoming tax year.
