Unprofessional workplace with no growth whatsoever. Management is unstable, ready to crush your progress, and gives you no second chances—you’re doomed if you mess up once. "

My experience working for this company as a Sales Representative. If you are not South-Asian, the chances of having a chance to grow and move up within the company is almost zero, heck you barely have a chance to get hired by this company if you are not South-Asian. Extreme bias and favoritism. Literally, anywhere between 85% to 90% of the sales-force are South-Asian including management Territory Managers, District Managers, Team Leads, Captains, and only the very top high management at KOG are majority not South-Asian. It is not a small sales force at KOG, between their 2 biggest clients, Canadian Tire Bank and Presidents Choice Financial Bank, there is anywhere I would estimate between 1000 plus sales representatives at least in each program. KOG are completely in control of the hiring process, and their clients have no say as far as I am aware of. I do wonder why their major clients like the ones mentioned don't at least push back a little bit as although they are not in control of the hiring process at KOG, the people selling their financial products represent their brands as ambassadors for their respective companies. I always felt these 2 major clients would want to promote diversity, equity and inclusion to their customers with the front-line sales-force representation, it seems to me that it is not the case. Other observations, the overwhelming majority of the sales-force at KOG, are comprised of International Students and Temporary Foreign Workers, not Canadian Citizens. Look at KOGs online social media posts on Linkedin and Facebook. They don't hide it. If you are not South-Asian and in the very tiny minority that somehow slipped through the cracks of KOGs recruitment team and got hired by them for their sales-force, you will experience what I am saying for yourself. I never felt so marginalized and never saw so much favoritism towards 1 background of people working at any company as I do working at KOG. Almost zero diversity, equity, and inclusion from coast to coast. "

I had a very disappointing experience with Kognitive. After completing their training program and passing the required exams, I was expecting at least a fair opportunity to demonstrate my skills on the job. Unfortunately, I was evaluated solely based on one trainer’s opinion, without being given a chance to actually work and prove myself in a real sales environment.I find it unfair that a company would invest time in training someone, only to reject them before they’ve had a proper chance to perform. The evaluation process seemed subjective, and there was no transparency or support in addressing concerns.I believe every new employee deserves a probationary period and should not be judged based on a single individual’s expectations—especially when sales require real-world interaction and adaptability. "

This company is bullshit and they completely scam their new hires. I got hired by Kognitive and did both the 3 hour zoom training as well as the online modules but was never contacted afterwards. My so called “manager” was Ronak Mulani and I emailed him multiple times asking what the next steps were and when my in person training would take place and he never reached out. The company is shady and to be honest, I think all the positive reviews are fake, they probably pay people for these reviews because based on everything I heard from Reddit, a lot of people had this kind of experience. DO NOT APPLY. "

My experience with Kognitive Sales Solutions has been quite disappointing. There are serious issues with shift management — shifts often get canceled without any prior notice, causing unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. The managers seem overwhelmed and unable to effectively coordinate where and when employees should report. Despite this, employees are expected to "figure things out" on their own, which contradicts the very purpose of having a management team. What’s more concerning is the way allegations are handled. Accusations are sometimes made without proper investigation or video evidence — often relying on a single photo — which feels unfair and unprofessional. There is also a lack of transparency about benefits, and communication overall is quite poor. These are important things that should be clearly communicated to employees upfront.I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and works toward creating a more respectful and organized work environment. "
