      Quite honestly appaled. Have used Blue square ebfore for a business registered address so thought I would come back and use them again. Only just switched my address to them and just over a month later, they decide to close down this section of their business.Forcing me to now incur more costs to move registered address again along with the hassle and paperwork of moving my acocuntancy business address again.For all of this they state they will give me a pro rata refund. If anything I should be charging them for my lost time and companies house fees to change the registered address yet again!!!

      It's a shame, Blue Square office cannot be relied up to deliver services for your business. Our business has operated here for a few years, and pay up front for a full year, every year for services. Blue Square, out of the blue, cancelled this arrangement mid year with a months notice because 'its not profitable'. I'd never recommend an organisation that behaves in this way, and doesn't uphold it's agreements with others. Stay well clear.

      My business has used Blue Square for many years and I think they are great. They handle my calls, collect mail and hold keys for tradesmen. I can also use their meeting rooms if required but rarely need to. They completely negate the need for my business to have a high street presence. The staff are always helpful and friendly and I will continue to use Blue Square for as long as I run the business. With the increased practice of working from home I highly recommend Blue Square to any business that wants a business base/address but doesn't need a physical office.

      If at all possible, avoid. Capitalism in it's rawest form. You are expendable, you are not valued despite "bridge crossing" and other useless jargon. Managers dropped like flies during my time there and several staff ripped off passes mid shift and walked after horrendous treatment.workplace bullying is ignored. Only good points were trainers and QC dept.

      Mangers unsupportive, and refuse to help with escalated calls, call themselves customer focused and fire all the buzzwords around the place, but only care about call time stats and following a script on the call, not taking the time to actually help customers, was nt even allowed to call a distressed customer back, after his called dropped due to running out of call credit, and to top it all off I was threatened with being docked 15 minutes wages if I logged into the phone 1 minute late (but I would still be expected to work the other 14 minutes unpaid), avoid if possible, this place will make you miserable and maybe even ill

      This is an absolutely awful company and you should avoid them like the plague. Do NOT fall for the fake 5-star reviews.Their service is terrible. Call handlers are NOT high quality, and make minimal effort on the phone. We've had multiple clients come in to our premesis physically distretted, crying and angry because of how call handlers have spoken to them.This is terrible considering the very high price this company charges compared to other places, which we should have researched deeper.If you dare question their service, they'll make up every excuse under the sun and gaslight you. Provide the call audio, however? Never. It doesn't matter how many times you tell them the call needs to be set up to provide a disclaimer and record audio, they'll NEVER provide you with the audio from their calls.This is NOT a transparent service. They charge top dollar, provide the lowest quality service, and gaslight you when you dare question them.This company cost us a lot of business and I would highly recommend you reconsider using them if you are looking here for advice.

      Extremely unhappy. Refuse to not accept calls from numbers I have explicitly told them to block. Charge me for every second on call, purposely extending them for more fees. I refused to pay invoices as they stopped service and carried on charging me for 3 months where they didn't do anything! Now I've had a letter pursuing legal action...bring it on.
