We receiving constant spam from this company from similar looking domains. When one gets shut down or blocked they create another and bombard us with more spam. NO ability to unsubscribe. "

I'm not completely sure how they got my email address, but it's taken multiple requests to their corporate office to get removed from their marketing list(s). Responding "unsubscribe" to their B2B marketing emails, originating from several of their employees in the reviews below, seem to fall on deaf ears. Hopefully my third (fourth?) request sticks and the emails end. "

Factur is one of the most prolific spammer in the US. The company provide sales rep / lead gen for smaller firms. It acquires random email lists but has no mechanism to match target for their clients, so it resorts to spamming everyone on their list. My company (in high technology) is constantly getting spams from domains that are controlled by Factur, for various CNC, machining, mold injection products - completely irrelevant to us. Hundred of opt-out requests were sent to Factur and its managed domains but were ignored. I even spoke to leadership several times to remove my company domain from their email but they never complied. Factur will ultimately get their clients into hot water for violations of The CAN-SPAM Act. "
