Our firm had the privilege of working with First Scribe on a complete redesign of our website earlier this year. When we initially came to First Scribe, our website had not been significantly updated for a couple of years, and when it had been updated, the only modification made was to the color scheme. After meeting with us, First Scribe was able to provide us with several design options and layouts, which were aligned with what we were looking for. First Scribe was able to determine what we would like in a design layout, and they were able to pinpoint precisely what we did not want in our new website. Throughout the process, we did not feel pushed and we were able to take our time to come up with something we all felt comfortable with.The process that First Scribe used throughout our website redesign was very easy to use, and we were apprised of each step as it was being completed. First Scribe also provided us with an estimated timeline of when each aspect of our redesign would be completed. Our project manager, was a wonderful resource for our team, and he and the entire First Scribe team provided great feedback and guidance during our website redesign. Our questions were answered the same day and the entire First Scribe team was very responsive. Although First Scribe has various departments that handle various tasks, they all worked in cohesion.We are now working with First Scribe for our marketing needs, and we could not be happier. We highly recommend First Scribe to anyone that is looking to create or redesign their website, or promote their existing internet presence.

It’s so upsetting to me that Madwell is THAT bad. I reached out to them about 3 weeks ago inquiring about becoming a new client and they had told me “sure no problem, someone will reach out to you” I’ve emailed, called, AND gone to their office in person trying to meet with someone. Blown off for so long until today when I called again furious asking if they usually have people waiting for 3 weeks to even have a preliminary phone call with someone. She put me on hold came back to the line and said “we no longer do work for restaurants anymore”. Wow so sad. I really hope for future customers you guys get better and step up your game. I have friends you have used them before who say they do work really well for them. Told them what happened and NOW they tell me that they have noticed the company as begun to go downhill. Horrible experience with this agency. They wasted thousands of dollars on keywords not related to my business, failed to deliver accurate monthly reports, and my website had better SEO results before they started. I was on page 1 for my most important keyword, and am now on page 3 in a six month period. My account was passed on to 3 or 4 separate reps due to employee turnover and I was constantly reeducating people about my company and goals. My business was better off with Reach Local! Thankfully I only signed a 6 month contract, I don't know if my business could have survived an entire year of Advantix induced set backs.

The Crema office is very cool. Lots of modern touches with a great view of the Kauffman Center for Performing Arts. I recently attended a Design Sprint workshop and had a great time!
