I was very trepidatious about starting with a new website design and hosting company. I knew it was necessary for company growth but felt somewhat at a loss of where to start. When I met a few of the PufCreativ team members at an industry event, it was apparent that they were authentic humans and had expertise in their field. The process was very professional, from my intro conversation with Shamus Lahman, to my first meeting and contract negotiation with John Shute, to the weeks of work with the team. I worked closely with our assigned team including Piper Lee and Patrick Cathcart, as well as Andres Hernandez. They responded quickly to questions, and sought to fully understand our goals for the website. The recommendations they made were helpful and everything stayed within the budget that was discussed at the start of the project. They integrated all of our existing systems and even enhanced our functionality within them.
