Working with E Software Associates was a great experience. Vee built us a contract management system in SharePoint that replaced PandaDoc and works seamlessly with Teams. The new setup is simple, easy to use, and has features like versioning, co-authoring, search, and automated alerts for contract expirations. Vee really understood our needs and delivered exactly what we were looking for. I’d highly recommend them!

Being provided with the opportunity to work in the Alitek family the past 2 years has been more than a blessing for me. While it may fall short of being lifesaving, it has certainly been career extending/career saving. Early in my career, I worked at the best large company in the world, USAA. After leaving there, I've had some good experiences but more often some not so good experiences. Those ones that weren't that great had a variety of reasons for being such. Situational. The company I worked for. Me. And others. But in most of those cases, I did not have much say in what I did and the ideas I brought to the table were rarely heard/acted on. Alitek changed all that and more. Alitek attempts to hire folks that have a balance across many areas...technical, business, communication, leadership, personality, etc. But most of all they seek out people with values. For me, if you don't have solid core values and a strong work ethic then you will have a limited run in our field. Yep. That's old school thinking. But even with all the new technology, gadgets, and botted processes, if you lose some of those key traits that made this country and our industry what it is the end result will not be as good as it could be. I know that every day that I work at Alitek, I can feel good because our #1 goal is to serve our clients' needs, and we achieve that by knowing our stuff, knowing how to use this experience & knowledge to provide solutions catered to a specific clients, communicate these solutions effectively, and know that we have egoless teammates back at the ranch happily willing to help out if we get stuck on something!!! The work is very hard, but the reward comes from client satisfaction and team-oriented results. So, if you like to work hard with outstanding folks with values to achieve high quality results for clients, then you have found a real Alexandrite in Alitek!!!

Day 1The session was really very interesting, thank you. I did have a couple issues with the presentation in that after the presenter reconnected his screen was not really visible (only the lower left part of the screen was visible) - it looked as if a virtual machine was being used and the screen was not rendering correctly through the zoom session (I am running on a MacBook Pro). also didn't see in the chat window the comments that the presenter seemed to see. I will try again for session 2 to see if it is usable.Day 2Excellent discussion - very useful.Day 3This was an excellent overall session. Excellent info and well prepared and presented. This inspired me to rebuild my virtual Windows environment (currently running on a Mac) in order to try out some of these techniques. I would highly recommend these sessions and look forward to reviewing the recordings to reinforce the information.Thank you for making this available to us.
