We have our Microsoft 365 set up through JourneyTeam. Have not needed assistance in a long time, perhaps never. However, needed help today as all of my Microsoft applications stopped working despite our subscription still being in effect (I double-checked this).CANNOT GET THROUGH TO A PERSON TO GET ASSISTANCE GOING ON 3 HOURS> HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET THROUGH TO ANYONE - not sales, not support, not anyone. Absolute clown show.

On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

Worse business model ever. Horrible reviews from customers and clients. They hired me to work there and then 2 weeks later said they couldn’t afford me.I’ve experienced the exact same thing as the awful reviews below. No structure to the business, fake spam emails internally, lack of communication etc.Horrible culture. The second day I was sent to a conference, no background of a plan, but basically show up.I did not fill out any paperwork on my first day for any of my benefits which was VERY sketchy and every time I asked, the CEO would change the subject and would never answer my question. At one point, I knew it was a scam when the employee I was working with said, “you aren’t even in the system or on the benefits yet!!!!”Red flags- They put me on payroll AFTER they let me go….Highly DO NOT recommend. They finally actually paid me 2 weeks later for my expenses, pay, and travel. I still have not received information from the company and have reached out to their team for weeks…..

I've had a multi-year contractor on my team hired through Virtelligence and it has been a horrible experience, for the employee and for us. They never answer the phone or return emails, even from their employee, and now we are trying to get him compensated for some Covid sick time, but they still refuse to communicate.

Sikich is an extremely valuable part of our organization from large scale projects and day to day IT help. I can't imagine having anyone other than Sikich as our IT support, they are truly the best!! The NOC team provides such amazing service to our employees on a daily basis no matter how small the issue may be. Our account managers and support team are very responsive and knowledgeable, too. They make you feel secure and confident knowing that they're handling all IT aspects. Everyone is very detailed, precise, and helpful. We use Sikich to help set up new employee PCs, troubleshoot daily IT issues, onboard new employees to our network, set up videoconferencing, NetSuite, and a million little things in between. Besides being the best in their fields, everyone at Sikich is incredibly kind! I am very thankful for everything they've done and continue to do for us! If you're looking for managed IT services, choose Sikich and you will be so happy you did. Thank you to everyone at Sikich!!

I highly recommend Nash at Byte Solutions. He has helped me on several occasions with stressful and complicated computer issues, and each time he made the process feel calm, easy, and manageable. He is professional, patient, knowledgeable, and very good at explaining what needs to be done without making the situation feel overwhelming. Most recently, he helped get my computer properly set up for work, including the secure remote access I needed. He was able to take over the computer remotely, troubleshoot the problem, and get everything working smoothly. It is rare to find someone who is both technically skilled and genuinely kind, but Nash is both. I truly appreciate his help and would confidently recommend Byte Solutions to anyone needing reliable IT support.

Called asking a General question about catering. The operator said they don't accept these types of calls. I thanked her for her honesty and told her I had one more question. I asked if this company only does It or if they do CRM as well and she just hung up on me. My company is looking for CRM and It support so I wanted to kill two birds with one stone. Even if they do CRM I wouldn't go with them based on the rude operator 4/28/26 11:26 AM
