Do not recommend using this company at all. Their references seemed trustworthy, but the 20 month process with them has been abysmal at best. After engaging with Clavax to build a custom greenfield IOS app, we waited over 16 months AFTER our original due date for our "product" to be virtually unusable. Difficult to communicate with, over promise and under deliver on every aspect of project. We have had to spend more money with different companies to repair the broken code that they have put together and it continues to be a thorn in our side. They will bring excuse after excuse for why something does not work, their CEO will blame YOU, THE CLIENT, for the obstacles in project. We have tried to get a refund for breach of contract, inoperable product, corrupt files in repository, late deliveries, however, they refuse to acknowledge any of these issues.

Under no circumstance work for these crooks or give them business. They have no regard for labor laws and will take advantage of you at every turn. Your communications will only be taken seriously if you are threatening legal action. Run as fast as you can

Worse business model ever. Horrible reviews from customers and clients. They hired me to work there and then 2 weeks later said they couldn’t afford me.I’ve experienced the exact same thing as the awful reviews below. No structure to the business, fake spam emails internally, lack of communication etc.Horrible culture. The second day I was sent to a conference, no background of a plan, but basically show up.I did not fill out any paperwork on my first day for any of my benefits which was VERY sketchy and every time I asked, the CEO would change the subject and would never answer my question. At one point, I knew it was a scam when the employee I was working with said, “you aren’t even in the system or on the benefits yet!!!!”Red flags- They put me on payroll AFTER they let me go….Highly DO NOT recommend. They finally actually paid me 2 weeks later for my expenses, pay, and travel. I still have not received information from the company and have reached out to their team for weeks…..

I've had a multi-year contractor on my team hired through Virtelligence and it has been a horrible experience, for the employee and for us. They never answer the phone or return emails, even from their employee, and now we are trying to get him compensated for some Covid sick time, but they still refuse to communicate.

We had too much running through spreadsheets and WhatsApp. OpsMavix built exactly what we needed without pushing a huge ERP on us. Much simpler now.

What we appreciated most was that the OpsMavix team actually took the time to understand our business. They didn't just give us a standard system and leave us to figure it out. They listened to how we work, suggested better ways of doing things and supported us throughout the whole process.

Compared with other systems we reviewed, OpsMavix offered far greater flexibility and value. We received a complete operations platform without the expensive per-user and usage-based costs found in many other systems. It has been one of the best technology investments we have made.

Centralink has been an invaluable IT partner for Goodwin Company for a number of years. Their services include problem solving of day-to-day IT issues to strategic forecasting of the company's future IT needs. But the best part of it all is how helpful, easy to work with and personable the Centralink team is.

Called asking a General question about catering. The operator said they don't accept these types of calls. I thanked her for her honesty and told her I had one more question. I asked if this company only does It or if they do CRM as well and she just hung up on me. My company is looking for CRM and It support so I wanted to kill two birds with one stone. Even if they do CRM I wouldn't go with them based on the rude operator 4/28/26 11:26 AM

The work quality was below standard and project coordination was weak. There was no clear planning, frequent rework, and repeated follow-ups were required to get even basic updates. Not satisfied at all.
