Do not recommend using this company at all. Their references seemed trustworthy, but the 20 month process with them has been abysmal at best. After engaging with Clavax to build a custom greenfield IOS app, we waited over 16 months AFTER our original due date for our "product" to be virtually unusable. Difficult to communicate with, over promise and under deliver on every aspect of project. We have had to spend more money with different companies to repair the broken code that they have put together and it continues to be a thorn in our side. They will bring excuse after excuse for why something does not work, their CEO will blame YOU, THE CLIENT, for the obstacles in project. We have tried to get a refund for breach of contract, inoperable product, corrupt files in repository, late deliveries, however, they refuse to acknowledge any of these issues.

We have our Microsoft 365 set up through JourneyTeam. Have not needed assistance in a long time, perhaps never. However, needed help today as all of my Microsoft applications stopped working despite our subscription still being in effect (I double-checked this).CANNOT GET THROUGH TO A PERSON TO GET ASSISTANCE GOING ON 3 HOURS> HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET THROUGH TO ANYONE - not sales, not support, not anyone. Absolute clown show.

On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

We had too much running through spreadsheets and WhatsApp. OpsMavix built exactly what we needed without pushing a huge ERP on us. Much simpler now.

What we appreciated most was that the OpsMavix team actually took the time to understand our business. They didn't just give us a standard system and leave us to figure it out. They listened to how we work, suggested better ways of doing things and supported us throughout the whole process.

Compared with other systems we reviewed, OpsMavix offered far greater flexibility and value. We received a complete operations platform without the expensive per-user and usage-based costs found in many other systems. It has been one of the best technology investments we have made.

I highly recommend Nash at Byte Solutions. He has helped me on several occasions with stressful and complicated computer issues, and each time he made the process feel calm, easy, and manageable. He is professional, patient, knowledgeable, and very good at explaining what needs to be done without making the situation feel overwhelming. Most recently, he helped get my computer properly set up for work, including the secure remote access I needed. He was able to take over the computer remotely, troubleshoot the problem, and get everything working smoothly. It is rare to find someone who is both technically skilled and genuinely kind, but Nash is both. I truly appreciate his help and would confidently recommend Byte Solutions to anyone needing reliable IT support.
