The project was done and managed expertly. They met all of the deadlines while also being adaptable to the numerous issues and solutions that arose. Very responsive, knowable team. Every step of the process was transparent, managed well, and they accommodated our tight schedules. Our US-based team had absolutely no issues with time or language differences. The quality of the work was very high, and the DigitilizeWeb team kept our larger, strategic picture in mind the entire time. Excellent communication with the managers and coders. Delivered quality product on-time and within budget.

ECM Consulting Review from Masturah D

Masturah valued Dokmee DMS for its efficiency in managing and storing documents. She particularly favored the feature that converted physical documents into digital form, stored on the cloud for accessibility. However, she pointed out that the OCR feature was not as powerful in recognizing text, requiring user intervention, a contrast to other OCR tools she had previously utilized. They appreciated its security feature, which provided them with a sense of reassurance about the safety of his files. Although they initially faced a learning curve with the software, they quickly became familiar with its features after spending a bit more time using it. (Source: 3rd Party Review Platform)

ECM Consulting Review from Hasbullah A

Hasbullah found Dokmee DMS to be the most efficient method for storing and retrieving documents. All of his documents were saved on a cloud server, accessible from any device, and not restricted to just one. Sharing or distributing documents could be completed by creating a private link. However, he encountered challenges in integration with other word-generating software, as some file format extensions weren't supported, affecting the final file format.
