A few years ago, I reached out to Heral for custom Mailchimp newsletter development based on AnnexCore's great online reviews in addition to their Mailchimp expert accreditation. He was a pleasure to work with, very professional, and even finished the job early with no revisions necessary. I refreshed our newsletter a couple weeks ago and then contacted Heral to execute the project. He responded to me right away, started the task immediately and completed the project ahead of schedule once again. This design was slightly more complex than the previous one, so Heral consulted me on a few issues to remedy a minor issue I had with the design. It was another great experience working with Heral and Annexcore. I recommend AnnexCore and Heral for any email marketing consulting and will definitely be using them in the future.

These guys are awesome. They know their stuff. I have worked for a business for over 12 years. And we have used them for at least a decade. I am the one who deals with them directly to moderate our site. I didn't know the first thing about web admin or how to do anything to change or update our site. They guided me everystep of the way. I learned so much. Since then we have updated our software with them and I love it. I can upload or remove inventory no problem. Since I learned on my own a little bit about graphic design I have been able to put some really nice images on our page. They use wordpress as the backpage to our server and it is wonderful. I am able to post a inventory item with description and even a video to go with it. As well as the ability to post links throughout the website of other pages as resources for our clients. Dave has a tech guy who is great. And they are always there to help if you need it. Go with them you won't regret it.

I have the tech savvy of a timer traveler from the Roman Empire, so when I determined that I needed a professional website, there was little chance that I'd be able to figure out how to create one using one of the many DIY web-design templates out there. Moreover, the only things I have LESS of than tech savvy are 1) design savvy and 2) a ton of money to throw at the project. So it seems almost a gift from the stars that I happened upon Sujatha, Valerie and PureLynx. Our needs for a website are relatively simple, as we’re a business-to-business startup: we need portals for announcements, a growing line of products, and our capabilities. Purelynx created our site using WordPress. When we updated our logo late last year, we hired a graphics designer to develop the logo from the initial concept and then implement it on the website. As he was also a web developer, we switched site management from Purelynx to him. Unfortunately, the branding update stretched from weeks to months and, once implemented, had frequent major problems, from the site going down to images disappearing. In a panic, we switched back to Purelynx. Sujatha jumped in to quickly solve the issues, multiple times, until the site was rid of the nefarious bugs that had plagued us. Kudos to Sujatha for the quick response to restore the site. We’ll continue to use Purelynx to maintain it and for future evolution.

I hired Edward to build my website and paid him as agreed. At the beginning, communication was clear while he was setting up the basic structure of the site. During this early stage, he asked me to leave a five-star review even though the project was not completed. We had agreed that he would add and change all the required products, but beyond the basic setup, the project stalled. After many months, the website is still unfinished, the products were never fully added or updated, and communication has become very poor. As a result, I’ve lost money and still cannot use my website. Based on my experience, it appeared he did not have the ability to complete the project beyond the basics. This was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend his services.
