I had a scheduled call with Attain Partners for a Controller role in May 2025. We connected as planned, had what seemed like a productive conversation, and I followed up afterward as discussed. Then—radio silence.Despite multiple follow-ups on my end, there was no response. It became clear that unless I chased them down, they weren’t going to follow through. Eventually, they just stopped responding entirely.If you’re a candidate, save yourself the time and frustration. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy is a red flag. Attain Partners may seem polished up front, but behind the scenes, it’s a different story. Ghosting candidates after interviews shows a complete lack of respect.Avoid at all costs.

These people are trying to hire people for less than they pay at Wendy's to do work that normally is on average $10 an hour more than what they pay, AND you have to be fluent in Spanish so not only do they grossly under compensate employees, they don't value valuable skills. 12-14 an hour for help desk is disgusting. Try treating employees as people.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Besides the fact that they are incompetent. They also don't pay you on time. They like to play games with your time sheets and you wind up not being paid. I'm still waiting for payment. Plus they don't prepare you for the job st hand. Avoid them at allcosts.

This company is a joke. First and foremost, please have someone who speaks complete English contact applicants. The communication and the language barrier presented a total break down.My final pay check was never issued. After my assignment was over I did not have access to submit my time for it to be approved. They told me they had no way to contact the company Northrup and Grumman to get my time approved and that I would have to reach out to the Manager on site to have my time submitted and approved.Luckily I had the managers email. She approved the time. I sent an email to the "recruiter" at Idexcel with the hours worked. Plus overtime hours that were missing from the previous check.Needless to say I received a check for $36.00.I called the number..no one answers and the voice-mail if ull when you dial the number given on the company's website.At this point I will take legal action for my compensation.
