No, they are not Norton or McAfee but they are excellent! They have helped me since 2019 and I am always amazed at their professionalism. They are extremely patient and save me lots of money. Recently, I had trouble accessing live help (during the huge outage at Microsoft) and they called me at least four times until they reached me. Then they did what they did and told me to get my money back from another company because they had already done the work. I trust them and have been extremely pleased.

They are not Norton or Microsoft, although they represent themselves to be. I received an email saying that Norton had reactivated my account because they said that my identity was being used in Australia. They have multiple phone numbers that they use. When I spoke to the last person, he told me to delete all the phone numbers, I kept them and would be glad to forward the info to the real Norton and Microsoft. They are scammers and thieves, all they want is your money
