I really liked some of the people at this place, but there were a few things I didn’t appreciate. When you’re about to quit or leave, be sure to take all your belongings. If you don’t, they’ll toss your stuff into a box, guessing what’s yours, and might keep your actual things. For instance, I ended up with a cord for one of their machines, while they kept my wall connector. Also, after you’re done there, HR doesn’t respond to any questions after you leave, they close your email immediately without being able to email them I wouldn’t call because then you don’t have a way of proof what you spoke. Not helpful especially regarding your 401k. As you get close to leaving, they become rude well one of the Hr. Helper she is an older lady she is hard to get along with I am surprised I lasted that long how she is nasty to everyone. Some of the employees form cliques, and if you’re a courier or in a lower position, those cliques treat you poorly or make faces. I don’t usually complain, but I left with a bad taste in my mouth.( The Owners and Partners are GREAT! Other than that I have no more to say!)

Kopis has been a long term technology resource for Zipit Wireless, providing highly skilled technical assistance at critical junctures in our company's growth. A few things really separate Kopis from other contract design firms. First, all members of their team are extremely conscientious about documenting their work - both while defining the requirements of the project and during the design phase. Second, Kopis engineers look at the problem from the viewpoint of the end user - not from the view point of a designer that is thinking about what's easiest or most efficient to code. Lastly, each project at Kopis has included a consultative approach that has helped us go beyond what we initially envisioned on our own. They have provided value beyond their technology expertise.

Total waste company, no proper environment or management. The technical managers act like they know everything, but they don't even grasp the basics. Employees are constantly pushed to do all the tasks without any support. When it comes to increments, they always find excuses and never provide a proper hike, even when the company is profitable.
