I really wanted this connector to work, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. We purchased the connector to integrate WooCommerce with Odoo. Our business relies on WooCommerce Subscriptions, which is one of the most widely used WooCommerce extensions. Naturally, we expected a WooCommerce connector to support subscription workflows. At the time of purchase, there was nothing on the product page indicating that this was not supported or that such a fundamental limitation existed. During almost a year of production use, we encountered recurring operational issues including duplicate invoices, missing invoices, delayed invoices, and constant manual intervention to keep our subscription administration running. This made the solution unreliable for day to day business operations. To their credit, the support team invested time trying to help and even developed an additional subscription module for us at no extra cost. I genuinely appreciate that effort. Unfortunately, it never resolved the underlying issues, and we eventually had to develop our own solution. What disappointed me most was the outcome afterwards. A refund was offered by VentorTech during the support process, but after a communication gap regarding one of their follow up emails, they ultimately refused both a full and partial refund. What makes this even harder to understand is that the subscription functionality is now sold as a separate paid extension. Based on our experience, the subscription handling never became reliable enough for production use. The support staff were always professional and genuinely tried to help, and I appreciate that. However, the product did not meet the expectations that a WooCommerce connector creates, and the final handling of the refund discussion left us disappointed. If your business depends on WooCommerce Subscriptions, I strongly recommend requesting a live demonstration using your own subscription scenarios before making a purchase.

We purchased the PrestaShop ↔ Odoo synchronization module from VentorTech and we are extremely satisfied with the solution. The module works very well, is reliable, and perfectly meets our needs for product, stock, and e-commerce data synchronization. A special mention for the support, which is truly 5-star quality. Denys was extremely responsive, highly skilled, and provided outstanding assistance throughout the setup and implementation process. His support was key to ensuring a smooth and efficient integration. A solid solution combined with excellent human support — we highly recommend VentorTech without hesitation. IT Services FAQs

What services do IT services companies in USA provide?

IT services providers in USA provide a variety of services for modernizing businesses’ IT ecosystems and fortifying their security posture. On account of their nuanced expertise in automation, cloud deployment, cybersecurity, and data systems, these providers are commonly sought to facilitate transition from legacy dependencies to more agile operating setups

Common services offered by IT services companies encompass:

  • IT consulting
  • Custom software development
  • Cloud hosting and management
  • Cybersecurity services
  • Technical support
  • System integration
  • Managed IT services
  • Network support

How much do IT services cost in the US?

US-based IT services providers typically charge between $150 to $250 per hour for break-fix or pay-per-use services. On the other hand, when a managed IT service is in question, the pricing model is determined based on the number of devices or users, ranging from $100 per workstation and $200 per server

Based on these estimations, businesses can anticipate these price ranges:

Pricing model  Pricing range  Recommended for
Flat rate  $2,000-$3,000 per month  Small and mid-size businesses
Pay-per use $150-$250 per hour  Businesses with set IT infrastructure
Per user  $100-$200 per user  Businesses enduring expansion

The price can also vary based on the requested service:

  • Network setup: $1,000-$3,000
  • Software licensing: $15-200 per user/month
  • Cybersecurity: $500-$2,500 per month
  • Data backup and recovery: $150-500 per month

When can clients expect ROI from an IT service?

Return on investment (ROI) from IT services depends on the provided service:

  • Managed IT support usually shows ROI within 1 to 3 months because it quickly reduces downtime and ticket backlog.
  • Infrastructure upgrades typically return value in 2 to 6 months because performance improvements are shown almost immediately once the new setup is up.
  • Cloud migration or modernization is slower, usually 4 to 9 months, as the payback comes after the systems are reconfigured and decommissioned.
  • DevOps/automation tends to show ROI in 3 to 7 months because it cuts release effort and lowers change-related outages over several cycles.
  • Cybersecurity programs usually take 6 to 18 months as the biggest returns are reflected in avoided losses.

What are the typical timelines for IT projects across different complexity levels?

There’s no set timeframe for IT projects as some work is largely configuration, while other work requires rethinking how core systems operate together. Approximate timelines are:

  • Low complexity projects (2-6 weeks): Helpdesk onboarding, endpoint setup, basic monitoring, small infrastructure changes
  • Med-complexity projects (up to 3 months): Cloud migrations for small environments, network refreshes, security tool rollouts, backup and DR implementations
  • Complex projects (3-6 months): Multi-system cloud migrations, ERP or core app integrations, DevOps pipeline implementation, compliance-driven security programs
  • Transformational projects (6-12 months): Full infrastructure modernization, large enterprise migrations, data center exits, platform re-architecture

How often do IT firms conduct performance turning after delivery?

Most IT firms do performance tuning in bursts, i.e., right after going live, after major changes, or when metrics show underperformance. If the contract is for managed services, the tuning is done in scheduled frequences.

This is what “typical” looks like in practice:

  • Hypercare (right after delivery): weekly or even daily tuning for 2-6 weeks while usage stabilizes and early issues surface.
  • Managed services: light tuning monthly for review metrics and quick fixes, and a deeper optimization quarterly for capacity planning and bottleneck analysis.
  • Project-only handoff (no ongoing contract): tuning is usually ad hoc, only when there’s a complaint, incident, or a planned upgrade.
