When we needed them, after a few years realising they had never been sent, this company argued, denied, and wanted to charge to send it over, “retrieve it” they said. “All design companies reserve the right to charge for files from their own archive systems “ this is standard practice” we were told, however speaking to other companies this is not, especially if you paid for and should have been supplied with them already within the terms of the service. The time it took to ask for the files is irrelevant. Beware, especially if you are trying to start a business and knowledge is basic, this is a company that will exploit that.
