On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

The company we hired to handle the IT services for our small business sold out to these guys and the service we received plummeted. We were paying a ridiculous monthly fee for managed IT services yet the few times we'd actually need help we would end up on hold forever and not receive calls back when promised. It took them almost two weeks to get a computer connected to our network and over a week to connect a new check scanner.**Edit: They were helpful with the offboarding process to our new IT company. The owner of the old company we had originally contracted with did reach out, which was appreciated. I really still feel that the IT services we were receiving were sub-par.

Before we met Ty, We were a small construction company with nothing more than a domain name, some mailboxes, and a couple of macbook pros and backup drives. One day, i got a notice saying my mailbox had zero space available. Since then I had to delete 10 old emails just so I can send another 10. Not sustainable at all. I went on apple's site and search for IT firms. Out of the few i reached. Ty was by far the most prepared to figure me out. I could go into detail, but I don't think a good review should spill his trade secrets. Since signing with Razz, we have organized our data, and improved our data security practices. In addition, we are developing solutions to automate our administrative tasks. Our entire network was down: unable to make or receive phone calls; providers unable to access the electronic health records; staff unable to access emails; and staff unable to process referrals.
