On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

As an IT Director, I've worked with several MSPs over the years. We weren't looking for another one. We wanted to bring in a specialist to help us harden our Microsoft 365 environment against CIS benchmarks, and Netirio was the right fit. One of the biggest differences was direct access to their expertise. When I called in, I was talking to Nick, the same person doing the actual work on our tenant. No account managers trying to sell us things we don't need. His business partner, Avery, listened to what we needed and helped tailor a project scope that worked for us. That alone was a huge plus. Over four sessions, Nick walked us through Conditional Access policies, email security, SharePoint, Teams, and identity protection. He tailored every recommendation to our environment and was honest about what was worth implementing versus what would just add friction. Our Microsoft Secure Score jumped significantly, well above average for organizations our size. Highly recommend Netirio if you're looking for hands-on Microsoft 365 security help. We have been working with Invenio IT for about 7 years now. They support of Datto backup system and their support is nothing but the best. They have been great helping set everything up and since then, we just monitor the backups and really have nothing to do as it has been running flawlessly. We an rare issue do occur, I can contact Dale at anytime (I mean anytime, he had answer the phone like 2 am) and he will help in anything I need, whether to spin up a virtual server when one of our production server goes down or we get an error on one of the backups and he looks into it and either resolve it or give us the solution to resolve it. Also, when we needed to upgrade our Datto system, they really go out of their way to give you the best deal which should have cost us a lot but Dale came through and we have been backing up flawlessly. Overall, Invenio IT has great support and always there when you need them. I will recommend them to anyone and I will take them anywhere I go. Thank you Invenio IT, especially to Dale Shulmistra!

The price was by far better than what the others had offered, but the product and service's they offered were the main selling point for us.
