Spent 15 minutes doing a survey that promised $25, but when I got to the end after it asked me to confirm the email address I want the gift card sent to, I next got the following message instead of the $25 gift card: "Thank you for your interest in taking this survey, however, the survey has already reached the required number of respondents. We appreciate your willingness to share your opinions with us." I think that would have been good to know BEFORE having me take the entire survey. Thanks for wasting my time and collecting my data for free!

For a new mother, going on barely any sleep, taking care of a newborn, and in need of an extra 5 bucks for baby supplies this was disappointing. Was working with Collyn on a mystery shop, and it gave the option for two dates. I simply asked to reschedule as I had an unexpected surgery. Instead of being flexible, she removed me from the shop without proper communication and just cancelled the shop on me and reassigned me. She said she would get back to me in a moment, but instead just cancelled the job. This was very unprofessional.
