Kanerika is creative and technically sound. They found the flaws in our data and fixed it. That means they are super proactive. So we measure success by seeing if our marketing and brokerage teams are using the product. At least 50% of our users should be using the dashboard, that means the product is valuable for them and we are already at 75%. In other words we have already hit our adoption goal.Apart from that we have received verbatim feedback around user satisfaction for the dashboard and its features. We have 74 offices globally and most of them have given us interesting feedback. One of them even called it a game-changer.Also the level of attention Kanerika provides is awesome. Progressed to the interview stage, and was told I'd hear back later that day or next.But now, a week later, I've been completely ghosted! No update, no follow up whatsoever (despite me leaving a message after several days, requesting one--only to be ignored). Perplexing, but I suspect that the recruiter likely oversold the client's interest and my chances as a candidate (false promise on his part, but lesson learned on mine).At this level of advanced and specialized roles and salaries for which you are recruiting, it's completely unprofessional to not even have the courtesy to follow up and provide a candidate with feedback, either way. Very disrespectful of my time.

First, you have multiple ALKU employees cold-calling you at the same time, various calls on my cell phone. I must have 20 of those calls in last 6 months and I blocked them all but they seem to generate new numbers all the time. I told ALKU callers that if there were the last company on this earth offering these services, I would dnot use them and to stop calling my number. So now I get calls, like today, where someone just hangs up, very professional and mature, right?. I guess they proved my point!

This firm is parasitic and useless. Terrible service. If they didn’t exist, the world would be a better place. They are rude, incompetent, and exist only to stick their blood funnel in to anything that smells like money. They have no concept of serving their clients; if you are forced by a family court to sign their engagement letter, they only serve themselves. Abject greed and institutionalized theft. They add zero value. It took six months to get them to process a QDRO that was supposed to be made within 30 days. They then used the last four digits of my ex-wife’s SSN on their password protected draft order. Why would I know that? Again, these are not nice people. Do not retain if you can avoid them. They seem to be part of the parasitic ecosystem around family courts and divorce proceedings; they do not add any value at all. Just another leech profiting from other people’s pain. They are a net drag on everything. They should not exist.
