As part of the company’s administrative department, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with Lasting Dynamics, and I can say the experience has been very positive. From the very beginning, their team demonstrated great professionalism, strong organization, and special attention to detail, which made the internal management of our project much easier.Communication was clear and consistent—which for me is essential—and they were always willing to adapt to our needs. Beyond their technical quality, I especially value their ability to provide practical and efficient solutions that bring real value to the business.I consider Lasting Dynamics to be a reliable, innovative, and committed company, and I would not hesitate to work with them again on future projects.

It has been 2 years now since I started my first international career as a UI/UX designer, and I am still amazed every day. The people I work with are truly inspiring, and the products they create reflect the same level of quality. Being part of this environment has been a meaningful experience where I’ve learned and grown alongside talented individuals.

I recently had an experience back in 2022 with Apadmi that I feel compelled to share and have debated whether i should post this. As a professional eagerly looking forward to an interview with Apadmi, I was unfortunately met with a series of disappointments.Firstly, the structured process I was initially promised for the interview was not adhered to. This lack of organisation not only threw me off but also made it challenging to present myself effectively and forced to do a presentation in less than 24 hours notice.More concerning, however, was my interaction with the Managing Director, not sure if he is still there. I found his demeanour not just unprofessional but outright rude. This was disheartening, especially coming from a leadership figure in a reputable company. I've actually never been so humiliated in the professional environment. It's important for companies to remember that interviews are a two-way process. They are not just about evaluating candidates, but also about demonstrating the company's values and culture. Unfortunately, my experience with Apadmi fell short of the professional standards one would expect, however i would say Marcus, one of the board members was a delight in my first stage.I hope my feedback is taken constructively, as it is intended to highlight areas where there is significant room for improvement in how Apadmi manages its recruitment process and senior staff interactions.

Apadmi's ability to spin out technology as separate companies is remarkable. A strong supporter of Manchester tech ecosystem, they became unbeatable in mobile category during the first three years of northern tech awards before it adopted a new structure and ownership. Another remarkable achievement is that the four founders have remained together during all these years. I wish them all the best.
