Fantastically positive and driven team who on every interaction you just know care deeply about a) what they do b) what they deliver and c) ultimately the experience the end user will have.Hugely impressed with their personal, creative and energy driven approach at the pitch stage, I commissioned 3SC to help us better scope an app. Their task was to take an in-house developed app prototype, and turn it into a fully fledged technical specification with user stories, MoSCoW prioritisation, costs, and an updated look and feel; all done with audience need at the heart.Myself and the wider team have nothing but very good things to say about 3SC. When reflecting on an agency to work with, loads say they can do it, some can actually do what they say they can do, even less do it in the spirit of real partnership and mutually respect/drive. 3SC do all of these excellently. I highly recommend them.

I worked primarily with Scott, Tim and Doug to build a fairly complicated site: Paypal/credit card payments, video training modules, a graded quiz, and issuance of a completion certificate. They were the only website company that invited me to an in-person meeting and that was tremendously helpful in me understanding how they work and them understanding my goals. Large Animal Consulting & Education launched 2 days ago and the site is running smoothly. I'm very happy with the site they designed (they also designed my logos) and am looking forward to using them to support and add to the site down the road.

Doug Wheeler is the owner of Espresso Moon and he has provided my small business excellent IT technical support for our website. I'm sure they do cracking development work, but all I've received, on two occasions, is really poor customer service. Both times I've gone to them asking for a quote, I've been given the impression that it was an imposition - either insinuating that we wouldn't be able to afford their rates, or ignoring the enquiry altogether for a few weeks before palming us off after the quote deadline. ("We didn't think it would be the right kind of project for us anyway.") I've found their communications brusque, bordering on rude, and as a business in the region seeking to work with other local organisations, frankly I expected better given their reputation. The small details are important.

We made the decision to move our development back home, after years of working with offshore developers. The Mobi team made the transition seamless, coming up to speed on a complex auction system quickly so there was limited down time in development.
