I had a disappointing experience with Veritis Group during the hiring process for a Product Manager role.After several rounds of interviews and alignment on a specific compensation, I was selected. However, the offer letter that followed listed a much lower salary than what was previously agreed and documented. When questioned, I was told the difference would be covered via “bonuses,” but these were never documented.The offer also lacked critical information — including client name, responsibilities, benefits, and work location. Requests for transparency went unanswered, and the offer was eventually withdrawn without explanation.I’ve attached redacted proof showing the original submitted salary vs. the reduced offer to help others evaluate their interactions more carefully.Visa holders and job seekers: please ask the right questions early, request written documentation, and do not submit sensitive documents until you’ve received a formal offer.

My interview experience very worst with this company. I faced the same what reviewer post in their previous reviews. HR round is good. She is very humble and very good. But technical round taken by interviewer, I am not sure he really has technical knowledge or not. Though I given all the correct answers he rejected me without giving any genuine reason for rejection. He asked many basic questions of course on my 9 years of experience I know the answers but at last he asked my Expected CTC which is not generally asked in technical round.As per my knowledge they don't have budget or they already decided to not to select because in interview round asked hardly asked 5-6 questions and based on that given their judgment though given answers correct.

Black Flag carried us from concept to production on a very complex website with multiple interest holders. Designing a website for the California Department of Education means that we serve a varied user base and must adhere to the highest accessibility standards. Black Flag took input from internal teams, educators, and other interested parties that would be accessing and using the site. They adapted their designs to meet the needs of various types of users, coming up with not only attractive design elements, but created code that added automation to eliminate some of the manual updates. Black Flag provided us with a high-quality product and were so much fun to work with along the way.
