I want to share my positive experience with MODERNEWEBSTRANKY.sk s.r.o. from Rimavská Sobota, which very quickly helped us solve all the problems and requirements with our e-shop zdravynakup.sk and at the same time gave me back my “lust for life” :-) From the first moment I knew and got the feeling that I was in the hands of a reliable e-shop developer on the Magento 2 platform and not just some constantly promoted company with the help of PPC ads, which churns out low-quality projects one after another, which perceives the customer as a number on a calculator, but a company that cares about the customer and has a genuine interest in their satisfaction!Our cooperation with MODERNEWEBSTRANKY is incredibly positive and I am happy that I came across them completely by chance while googling.If I really compare the processes, i.e. cooperation with MODERNEWEBSTRANKY.sk and the previous supplier, WAME s.r.o. from Bardejov, the difference is simply incredible and I find it strange that such opposites still exist. WAME s.r.o Bardejov was unable to deliver a functional e-shop to us for a year (after a lost year of life and finances, we terminated the contract with them) and honestly caused me a considerable amount of traumatic experiences, arrogance, financial damage and disappointment with their approach.Patrik Majeský from MODERNEWEBSTRANKA and his team, on the contrary, showed us that things can be done differently! Professionalism and a sincere effort to help, to quickly get us out of an unpleasant situation, experience with a previous completely incompetent developer. We did not sign any contract with Patrik, everything happened literally on the fly with a stream of strong emotions (mine), anger (mine) stemming from a previous negative experience and based on fair agreements - and even without a personal meeting, I jumped into it (Otherwise, we have not physically met to this day :-) ).The entire process of developing the e-shop was fast, clear and, above all, functional. There were difficult, sad and happy moments, but it was all about mutual communication and coordination. MODERNEWEBSTRANKY.sk built our e-shop on the Magento 2 platform in 3-4 months – something that the previous supplier was not capable of. In addition, they integrated automated order import, stock levels, status updates into the Pohoda system, set up automatic content generation, configured ElasticSearch from Amasty to search according to our wishes. Everything worked reliably, without excuses.I especially have to highlight the moments when the previous supplier told us that it was not possible to add filtering by manufacturer in the ElasticSearch module search – Patrik solved it in one minute during a phone call. Or when products disappeared from our cart during testing... This is exactly the approach that distinguishes an expert from a "trial and error" company that pretends to be a jam in the pantry. With MODERNEWEBSTRANKY.sk we not only got a high-quality technical solution, but also the certainty that we are in good hands.I want to thank Patrik Majeský and his entire MODERNEWEBSTRANKY.sk team with all my heart. Their approach was always human, fair, friendly and extremely professional. I have never heard an answer like "it's not possible, it's not possible, etc.", and they proved to us that even seemingly unsolvable problems can be solved.
