Perhaps the worst scenario was when we tried to go live with a basic version of the app for a soft internal launch. The plan was to let just our agents test it out. On launch day, the app completely failed to deploy. Their team claimed there was an issue with the Google Play Store submission, but we later found out it had been rejected due to a missing privacy policy and app crashes discovered in testing. Nadcab Labs hadnt followed the standard publishing protocols and never even tested the app against the store's review requirements. Our internal team had to scramble to clean up the mess, delaying our rollout indefinitely. We're sharing this experience not out of bitterness, but to warn other companies who may be considering Nadcab Labs for app development. Do your homework. Ask hard questions. And if the answers feel vague or the team seems too slick during the pitch process, walk away. We wish we had.

Five months later the site was not finished and Mr Bilawal emailed us and said they need to charge us more money. When we objected to paying more money one more time we received this email from Mr Bilawal "I understand and based on our contract I would like to terminate our agreement on the project" So even though we paid them thousands of dollars they abandoned the project and we have nothing. The little bit of work they did was useless and unusable. They are completely incompetent to build even a rudimentary ecommerce website.

I'm on my third project manager, and no, they have failed to meet deadline after deadline. I have email upon email with promise after promise that the app will launch on exact date. As delivery dates have come, I've asked for timelines and a plan of action, only to have been met with false promises that the work is nearing completion.Many times, the team was out due to a holiday, or I would get some other technical excuse as to why the app wasn't progressing - for example, notifications weren't working because there was an issue with my dedicated server that was causing issues with the time zones. Multiple times when I asked for something, a new build, a timeline, phone or virtual meeting with Muhammad Bilawal (CEO), they would tell me when I would get it, and then it wouldn't happen, but instead, they would send me a new build hoping that would satisfy me and since I was just wanting a finished product I kept falling for their antics. I regret partnering with this company and I will not recommend them to anyone looking for Mobile App Development.
