The project had both quantitative and qualitative deliverables. For the qualitative deliverables like content, graphics, design, branding, etc. we were satisfied in terms of fulfilling brand requirements and good creative outputs.
The quantitative outcomes were:
Search Engine Rankings of Blogs: increasing gradually with a lot of the blogs on the first and second pages.
Keyword Rankings: The targetted keywords for our agency were ranking on 3rd position and more.
Social Media Reach: Clear increase in our impressions, followers, likes etc was seen after implementing their strategies
Ad results: gradually, we saw an increase in the number of leads, clicks, and the CTR. Our Cost per click had also reduced in about 6 months
In the two years of working with their firm, Our website saw significant and impressive results as per our wishes. With their support, we have now scaled to having our own in house team due to the increased demand and lead generation.
Edifying Voyages is a very professional company. Their biggest assets had to be their customer relationship management and their expertise in organic growth.
Given that we used their services extensively and worked with them for over two years, there were never any escalations from either end. Despite the raw and unstructured nature of our marketing assets in the beginning, they did an amazing job effortlessly putting everything in place.
Their honesty and transparency are commendable. In the initial phases, they were always clear about when and how to expect results, and despite not seeing much in the first few weeks, we never thought about switching agencies because of the faith they had earned and the assurance they provided.
Ultimately, they did deliver on all the promises they made, and we're still benefitting from their solid SEO strategies. We're still following many of the processes they aligned and are happy with the outcomes.
