I would give 0 stars if I could. This company dragged out our website creation process from 6 months to over a year. They continuously ignored requests, ignored our direct emails, ignored files we provided, and on. The final product was delivered full of 404 errors, spelling and grammar mistakes, incorrect files, missing files, triplicate files, and on. We were passed around from person to person throughout the entire process. They told us they understood the needs of an HRA, but continuously betrayed that statement. They ignored our request for team training on the new site, which was part of our agreement. Stay away from this company.

Success Communications Group - Advertising is a SCAM! We used this company for our Google Advertising and after months long of disappointing results we questioned them as to why we weren't getting the expected results. Once we asked them for ad-spend breakdowns from Google, they would only send us THEIR reports. NOTHING FROM GOOGLE! We requested reports specifically from Google to review. This company is beyond shady and should never be trusted!

I've worked with many different programs and services to create and maintain web sites since my first HTML site in the late 90s. An everchanging thing, it was difficult to keep up with all the new technologies. When I explained to them my disdain for Wordpress, they happily introduced me to their new system, Waves. Whoa. Surf's up, internetters!
