While working for Primus Pharmaceuticals, the company contracted AtticSalt to rebrand one of our medical food lines. The product itself was known for its safety and efficacy, but the agency felt that the brand's identity didn't quite reflect those traits. We were all shocked by the new proposed look and feel. AtticSalt did an incredible job capturing the essence of the brand and they were a delight to work with. I personally recommend AS to everyone since that project.

It has taken me way too long to share my experience using my brand guide template from The Sole Circle. The template is easy to use and so helpful! Its exactly what you need to set up a good consistent brand. I have been a beauty service provider for 10 years and didn't put too much effort into my brand because well no time. We engaged RocketFuel on a sizeable marketing project that is listed as a case study on their website.After some time working together, we had prepaid some TV and radio advertisements. After a few months of poor performance, we decided to terminate the relationship.At the time of termination, RocketFuel acknowledged the prepaid funds as a debt to us. After almost a year of submitting it to colections and attorneys, we have still been unable to collect the bad debt.We held off from posting this publicly for a year, but want others to be aware as we have not progressed in the collection.
