While working for Primus Pharmaceuticals, the company contracted AtticSalt to rebrand one of our medical food lines. The product itself was known for its safety and efficacy, but the agency felt that the brand's identity didn't quite reflect those traits. We were all shocked by the new proposed look and feel. We engaged RocketFuel on a sizeable marketing project that is listed as a case study on their website. After some time working together, we had prepaid some TV and radio advertisements. After a few months of poor performance, we decided to terminate the relationship. At the time of termination, RocketFuel acknowledged the prepaid funds as a debt to us. After almost a year of submitting it to colections and attorneys, we have still been unable to collect the bad debt. We held off from posting this publicly for a year, but want others to be aware as we have not progressed in the collection.
